A holding company for long-arc software.
Loop builds and operates ventures that take a decade to play out — not a sprint. We pick problems where continuity, privacy, and quiet automation create compounding advantage for the people who use our products.
Why "Loop"
A loop is the simplest cybernetic idea: sense, adjust, repeat. A thermostat is a loop. A heartbeat is a loop. Good care is a loop. Bad software breaks the loop — it captures data once, asks for attention constantly, and forgets you between sessions.
Our products are designed to close the loop. They give people better feedback about themselves — their health, their attention, their data — and make it easy to act on what they learn. The goal is not more dashboards. The goal is clearer signal and quieter software.
How we operate
We are deliberately small and product-led. Each portfolio company runs independently, with its own team and roadmap, but draws on a shared infrastructure for things like data privacy, AI tooling, and clinician-grade compliance.
We fund our work from operating revenue and selective outside capital. We are patient about timelines, impatient about quality, and skeptical of any feature that does not survive a week of daily use.
Where we focus
- Health, made continuous. Care that knows you across time and place, not just inside an appointment.
- Personal data, owned by the person. Archives and analytics for the life you actually live, with cryptographic control over who sees what.
- Attention, respected. Tools that compound in the background and surface only what matters.
